So Coinstar changed when you could choose where you wanted an e certificate from to Before you sort your coins. This resulted in me being shy of the minimum to redeem my pre chosen certificate. There was NO option to choose a certificate for a lesser value. It forced me to pay the exorbitant fee for counting my coins. It charged me $1.63 to count $9.53! I got $7.90 instead of $9.53. It should give you an option to choose a $5 certificate. I'm really mad.
