Had a "go to customer service" sign, there was no customer service. Couldn't use it without hassle.
Giving this coinstar one star, because it's not called "coinstars". Excellent service. Substantially preferable to having to interact with other humans. 7% feels to be a very fair deduction for such an outstanding experience!! Will recommend to strangers.
