Did not used this kiosk but he one located at Walmart here on Selma. After the machine finished counting my coins, it froze and wouldn't give me the voucher. I contacted customer support and they asked to speak to a Walmart representative which they did but no help,machine required a technician and wouldn't give the Walmart associate much help but to lame instructions. Only solution coinstar gave out was todisconnect the machine which canceled the transaction and surprise los all of my money. Don't waste your time and money ... read more
Went to to change a bunch of coins but I did not see a machine then an employee told me they don't have it anymore so I don't know why is has no updated.
It's local and comes in handy..
