This machine is down nearly every time I go there, which is ridiculous. It was down tonight again ( 01/24/2019) in fact it looks like it has been down for some time. There were crumpled up lottery tickets on the counter and filling the cointray. As I walked up before I noticed it was down, I attempted to clear off. Debris and almost got into fight.
