Very easy to use. I knew how how much I had and what I should get back and it was exactly that. Printed off for cash and was easy to cash at cash services right next to it
Coinstar kiosks in Kroger stores can be hit or miss. Many of the stores, at least in the Columbus area, only offer the options of exchanging your coins for bills (for a fee) or letting you donate the money to various charities. The third option, getting a gift card for the full amount your loose change is worth (i.e., with no fee), is sadly missing from Coinstars in several Krogers.
