Love this place! Always have been treated very well even with beginners questions about different things. My kids love these guys as well and Jeff always takes great care of my daughters jewelry purchases. Have built the occasion stop into a trustworthy relationships and weekly visits!
Great place! All the staff really respect, and take time to answere all questions. Small and large purchases are treated equally as important. I particularly enjoy watching staff try to include young " collectors" in conversations.
The exceptional diverse selection would normally be enough to bring anyone in for coins, currency, silver, gold, gems, minerals, fossils, a massive spectrum of jewelry and more. However, it's the knowledgeable, welcoming staff that sets this business above and beyond the rest.
This is one place I look forward to visiting and I don't have to ditch the family to go. They have a huge selection of coins, plus jewelry for the wife, and fossils for the kids. If the kids get bored, the big guy will entertain them. I love it!!
They're all very friendly and kind and respectful!
Every employee is very helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. My 8 year old loves going there to look at all the different stuff they have new each and every week. FYI: If you like an item they have... (maybe something new) you better buy it because someone else will that day. They treat you like family and have the best prices around Des Moines! This is my family's one stop shop
My favorite place to get crystals, rocks & minerals. I like to keep it a secret so I can get all the goodies! You better get there before I do!
