Terrible customer service after 1.5 years complaining machines not working! Rep. finally responded and said “it’s the first he heard about it!”
No. Called their number to get it fixed, the customer service had a f*** off attitude. Hanged up while I was asking a question. $2 is not more important then your feelings, and they don't know how to have a customer.
We leased a stacked washer & dryer from Coinmach in 2004 because we didn’t have the capital to buy machines at the time. BIG MISTAKE! Initially the machines worked fine, but after 8 years they began failing, and Coinmach’s service response time was slow. They did not replace the washer, after four months of my complaining the bearing are failing as evidenced by a roaring noise during spin. The worst service what I've ever seen. Not able to use laundry due to broken terminal after a week since the service request had been submitted. Sad.
