Our tech Rene Gonzalez , when a work order is submitted . He is quick to react. He always comes by the office to explain what was wrong ,and what was done to correct issue. If a part is needed he lets me know it was ordered.

Randy came out early and was so fast! He informed me of everything he was doing. Randy made sure that I checked the machine while he was out. He was very kind, quick and cleaned behind himself. Thank you Randy!!!

We ALWAYS get great and quick service. Our tech, Bryan Middleton, makes sure we fully understand what was wrong and how he resolved it. He also gives us practical tips to share with the residents to improve their overall user experience with our washers and dryers.

Reni who normally services the Cayce area came to service our machines today as we have had issues with our normal tech. He was knowledgeable and took the time to do the necessary maintenance to ensure this issue is fixed. So far, so good and speaking with him put us at ease that we will still have working machines tomorrow.

Randy came to check in at our laundry center today. We didn’t have any outstanding service requests, he was just doing a routine check in. While he was here I asked how I could get a broken instruction sign replaced and he said give me a moment, I might have one with me. He did have one and went ahead and replaced it for us! Thank you Randy for the helpful and friendly service!
