Absolute rip off. I was charged 10.25 to use a machine that says 3.00 on it. Please keep away from " One Tap Away".
Not a fan of the new system of pay by credit card. The kiosk is too far away from the machines and the number of steps required to just get the machines started is ridiculous. Just a frustrating experience for us and the other folks using this laundromat today. I realize Noone likes change, but at least make the change seem reasonable and easier. Nothing really easy about this for the consumer at all.
If you own apts don't get these people !!! I haf $50 on my phone only for it to disappear next day..it was returned but understand im 68 and I aint stupid how dare you test me like that..now we have to use quarters and it's supposed to be $2.25 and it eats the quarters..the guy empties the machine but never fixes them..we were better off with old machines CSC AT LEAST WE HAD A CHANGER AND MACHINES THAT WORKED!!!don't assume that all our seniors are ignorant..by the way U STILL OWE $50 TO ONE PERSON AND $25 TO OTHER..I HOPE M... read more
This is a mess, and the app and machines only glitch! This is terrible! We paid for the machines, then, tried to use them, and the machines we're opened to be paid for again!
