Randy performed a service request this morning for my property laundry room. I found his demeanor to be quite pleasant. He was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions. It is refreshing to deal with someone who takes their job seriously and wants to ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed.
Randy was an excellent worker very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He arrived promptly, worked at a fast pace, and resolved the issue flawlessly. He also took the time to clearly explain what the problem was, which I really appreciated. Overall, Randy provided outstanding service.
Mr Randy was amazing !! He fixed our washing machine within 30 minutes at the Forestbrook location . He was very respectful and professional 10/10 highly recommend
