If you own apts don't get these people !!! I haf $50 on my phone only for it to disappear next day..it was returned but understand im 68 and I aint stupid how dare you test me like that..now we have to use quarters and it's supposed to be $2.25 and it eats the quarters..the guy empties the machine but never fixes them..we were better off with old machines CSC AT LEAST WE HAD A CHANGER AND MACHINES THAT WORKED!!!don't assume that all our seniors are ignorant..by the way U STILL OWE $50 TO ONE PERSON AND $25 TO OTHER..I HOPE M... read more
This is a mess, and the app and machines only glitch! This is terrible! We paid for the machines, then, tried to use them, and the machines we're opened to be paid for again!
Jermaine from CSC Mobile provided outstanding customer service. He came out to repair our washers and dryers and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had submitted three separate work orders for these machines, and he was the first technician who actually came out, introduced himself, spoke with me in the office, and kept me updated every step of the way.
