Excellent app service…love working with CSC, and quick turn around of service
The wall mounted kiosk charges .25 additional cents per transaction and you have a short periid to run down and hit start. Then run back to start another dryer transaction to pay another .25 fee. Card transaction does not time out quickly and does not allow for additional machine. So you are locked into fees and run risk of someone starting a machine on your card.
Randy helped with resetting my app and even though he was a repairman he still stayed until my app was reset. He was very patient with me and my IPhone which he was not to using. Thank you Randy
Randy was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job at working on our group home dryer. He was very informative about everything that he had to do and what he had to replace. He also went above and beyond and fixed the dryer hose for us that wasn't even part of our issue, but he fixed it before it became one. Amazing service!!! Thank you!!!!
