Consistently let down by this company. We have a washer that has been out of order at my job since OCTOBER. Have called multiple times and can never get in touch with anyone who can help. Avoid if at all possible!!

I am revising my review. I had previously given this company a 1 star, and have bumped it up to 4 stars. It took some work, and after I got through to customer service, changes were quickly made. The tech servicing my apartment complex was fired and a new tech was on site the next day. This was a few months ago, and I waited to see if things would stay in good repair, of if they would once again fall into ruin. I am pleased to say that things are still functioning fine. This company is responsible for maintaining the laundry room in my apartment complex. They were decent until about a year ago, and now they seem only able to keep one washing machine working in an apartment complex of over 120 families. I have requested service several times only for the tech to falsify the service completion report. I have reported these issues several times to my property manager as well. Coinmatch/CSC Serviceworks is either unable or unwilling to hold up their obligations.
