This company is terrible. They were supposed to replace the machine in our building well over a month ago and still haven't. This is unacceptable for a company. There is 0 professionalism from this company. After 3 months of waiting for them to finally replace it, they replace it with a machine that is tiny as hell and more expensive. Greedy, greedy company. What's worse is they replaced the machine with a more expensive tiny version, but the damn thing doesn't even work.

The worse company ever. With only 2 washing machines working out of 4. Have never seen all the machines working at the same time. They have stolen over $20 out of my app account. It is the only way I have to use the machines. Call them and get told they can't back refund. Only if I notice and call the exact moment it happens. The machines are small and dont work properly. Of course it is because we overload the machines. Just a way for them to get more money. I wish I had a way to go else where.

The charge you each time you load your card but our machine is broken and it takes weeks to fix it. What is that charge actually for, because it's not to provide timely maintenance.
