Wow a business with 88 reviews all at 1 star really says a lot. Im honestly shocked this company is even in business. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and laughable for how they treat people. They do not care about helping you or the customers at all. I tried asking to merge the $2 left on my laundry card to my mobile balance and was told my only option is to add more money to my laundry card. The worst top-load washing machines I’ve ever seen. I’ve been living in Edmonton for almost three years, and in the apartment I rent, I have no choice but to use Coinamatic laundry machines. During this time, the price per wash has been raised several times. Clothes come out just as dirty as they went in, and sometimes even worse. Some items get damaged after washing: pulls, fabric damage, and clothes already look worn after just a few washes. You put in a neat but dirty item, and take it out even dirtier. Their machines don't use enough water. I have to use very little detergent and still I have to run another cycle just on water to help rinse out the chemicals. I don't even see water splashing in the washing machine when it working.
