They charge 13.50 to wash and dry 2 loads of laundry … costs a couple 55.00 to 60.00 For laundry in 1 month .. that is a crime

All I’m going to say is don’t use coinamatic. We have many issues using these machines, starting off with the washing machine not draining the water and leaving our clothes soaked. Later on the dryer started to burn our clothes (see attached photo, the grate at the back seemed to of melted). I’m going to put a piece of paper on the door to the laundry room so that everybody knows not to use their machines. The funny part is they came to “fix” it not that long ago. Terrible Customer Service & No Accountability I had a horrible experience with Coinamatic. Their machines burned my clothes, causing over $600 in damages. I followed their claims process, submitting multiple requests via their website and email over the past three months, but I have received no response. Every time I call, they tell me to check back in a few days, only to repeat the same excuse when I call again. This level of customer service is unacceptable. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got money taken from my account and been trying to get my refund from them for almost a year and still haven’t received it. So if there’s any way that you can avoid living in any apartment complex that doesn’t have them is your best bet cause they will never help you out
