Trash trash trash. Washers and dryers don’t work. Takes a billion years to get repairs done. One of the dryers in my building the timer is broken and will dry forever unless you shut it off. That is a huge fire hazard but they don’t care at all. I’ve complained about it 50 times but no one does anything. If my building burns down I’ll be sure to take videos and hire a lawyer so I can sue this trash company to the ground lmao. Total joke.
This is hands down the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. They promised me my laundry refund would be done within an hour and completely failed to deliver my laundry was sitting in the dryer all night wet— not even close. Then, to make things worse, they took $20 from me and never made it right. I’ve spent two days trying to get through to someone, sitting on hold forever, being passed around with zero accountability or communication. This app is garbage. There's always a problem recharging the account with cards! And it's always a delay. They should shut this down. as well as the whole company, it is always a problem
Truly an awful company. A washing machine broke with mine and my boyfriend’s clothes inside, filling the room with smoke and leaving our belongings smelling strongly like an electrical fire. Multiple attempts were made to address this with customer service through different means, during which we were given several different and conflicting explanations of what went wrong, all concluding with the assertion that it was not the machine which malfunctioned. Coinamatic destroyed $400 worth of clothing with a faulty machine that CAUGHT FIRE and filled our building with smoke, and refuses to pay to replace the clothing. Their "customer service" has taken over three months and still refuses to fix the issue their faulty machines caused.
