Prelimimary side note - the occasional person ive encountered working here are always nice and polite. That being said: not a good laundromat. The washing machines barely work - numerous times I've come back to find the cycle ran and complete and yet everything is bone dry and the detergent is unaffected/undissolved. So it often takes 2 $4.25 washes to get stuff kind of wet. But they don't disperse the detergent well (I've tried 3 formats- liquid, powder, and dissolving sheets) and so a few pieces of clothing come out bizarr... read more
Owner of Wash house has always been distictively nice. always offering before to repay any money lost in his machines. I used to go to the one near the Fairfax ice cream scoop but it closed down permanently. Anyhow, I lost $12.50 there 3 weeks ago. He said he would send me any money lost, when the largest machine there spilled over leaving water and suds all over the floor. However, he has not done that. I am pretty broke and wish he would. The new owner really takes pride on owning this place and it’s always clean and nice and he added an application that you don’t need to change quarters you can pay with your phone that is awesome. The only thing that I don’t really like is that people for some reason are there on their phones either watching youtube or talking to somebody onspeakerphone That’s really annoying other than that is amazing.
