I have lived in my current apartment for a couple of years and the machines are generally well maintained. Recently, half of our washers and dryers were out of order. No company should have any machine that is out of order for more than a week. Getting a refund is a nightmare because this company is too cheap to write you a check and pay for the postage. Just got off the phone with a lady that said they only sell in Arizona. I told her I found their site on the web, she informed me that was only for people in Arizona!
