This company is so terrible when it come to rental properties that have their machines, repairs always take 2+ days to get someone out and this time all they needed to do was come collect some quarters so people can use the machine because there’s only ONE machine. I called yesterday and my landlord called Tuesday so that’s a two day wait just for coin collection 😐 I don’t understand why they couldn’t just send another technician or someone to get the quarters instead of a tech that’s doing repairs all day of course he does... read more

Last week we replaced our machines with Speed Queens for our laundry facilities in 4 of our buildings. Mike was our sales person and helped us. We could not be happier. You get what you pay for. Great service team too.
