The delivery team of Ibrahim and Walter are beyond exceptional! First, the communication and professionalism was exactly what anyone would hope for to begin the experience on the right foot. This company is so terrible when it come to rental properties that have their machines, repairs always take 2+ days to get someone out and this time all they needed to do was come collect some quarters so people can use the machine because there’s only ONE machine. I called yesterday and my landlord called Tuesday so that’s a two day wait just for coin collection 😐 I don’t understand why they couldn’t just send another technician or someone to get the quarters instead of a tech that’s doing repairs all day of course he does... read more
