Bad experience with one of the ladies that works here very rude I told her that the washer didn't work and I'm missing two quarters she didn't want to do it so I will be taking my business elsewhere I've been going here for years very very disappointed and I called the number and there's nobody answering
I've come semi-regularly, but likely won't anymore. I started machine 35, and afterwards realized that it ate an extra quarter (It said it needed 22 quarters and I understood that it took one extra based on the amount of change I had converted- a whole dollar amount). I talked to the staff member, William, with whom I had been on friendly terms, and he said that if I had reported it to him before starting the machine he might have done something about it, and that he wouldn't give me my one quarter back.
