Let's start off with the positive. Very thoroughly ran with very modern washing machines and dryers. There are multiple way of paying at the washing machines/dryers, change exchangers, and the purchase of laundry rewards cards. Complete services area. Clean well maintained restrooms. Not enough washing machines and dryers. Probably best to go in the morning or afternoon versus waiting until the early evening hours. Parking is kind of tight.
I love this laundry mat. It always has an attendant, and it's very clean. Joanna is my favorite, because she remembers me no matter how long it has been between my visits. Joanna stays busy the whole time I'm there by sweeping, gathering trash, and cleaning the machines. However, Joanna is never too busy to help her customers, and she's super friendly. I drive nearly 20 miles to this location, and I've always been pleased with each experience. I rarely ever leave reviews, so you know this place is exceptional.
