Great customer service! Reached out when they realized they had a stock issue on an item I ordered, and were able to replace it with something else I needed for my car and covered the difference for me!
The only problem with them is I have ordered my part in May and I they said I will get my part on the June 22th now they said maybe they will receive it on June 29th I don't understand why And they don't even give me update on nothing So what you guys think should I get my back or wait Because now it isn't worth the money and the time They slow and I feel like they really lazy Like I paid 1300$ and it's going take 2 months or more nah isn't worth it I am waiting till Monday if not I am getting all my money back all of it due... read more
Put in an order and a week later I received a back order email. Not sure how it can take a week to process if they are the small business they claim to be. Lots of other options out there. Once I finally receive my order it was as described. Just a hastle to be jerked around.
I was in a time sensitive situation when I realized I needed shocks. These guys sold me a set of shocks and after 2 days of waiting they sent me an email canceling my order with no explanation. After a few drawn out emails they came back to tell me they had the shocks priced wrong. After that they said they would look into a discount. They offered 10% which was $600 more than original price and $300 more than other sites with quicker shipping. Avoid these guys!
