This is an amazingly terrible place to work. Just specifically this Cary, IL location. If you're starting out in the labor field or working with employees in the labor field, you will have a BAD TIME. The work place is an EXTREMELY TOXIC environment. Supervisors play favorites and single out hard working employees and harass them on a daily basis. The trick to getting on the favorites list? Butter the supervisors.
