Great salon and people but poor in communication. I went for a haircut and highlights but never felt this disappointed after. I asked for a layer cut to frame face but all I got is straight long bangs, no use. I asked for root touch ups with highlights, I was told it will be done but never did as she said ohh.. with highlights you dont even need it.. i can still see my whites. I dont know full french and they didnt know full english. But I bet even if I spoke french, they might not have known full french either… i spent $250... read more
