I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Before starting, I showed a clear inspiration photo and specifically asked if she could achieve that result, and she confidently said yes as if it was no problem. Unfortunately, the end result looked nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, the stylist was extremely rough with my hair. I got my hair colored at this salon two months ago, and I absolutely loved the result. They achieved exactly the color I wanted, and it turned out beautiful on my hair. The staff were also very professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Very professional, and friendly hairdresser. She listens to what your needs are, tries her best to make it happen but also makes sure to keep the integrity of the hair.

Shadi is incredibly professional and also such a lovely person. She gave me beautiful highlights exactly as I wanted. I asked for smoky/grey tones to blend with my natural grey hair, and she delivered the perfect result. My haircut was also absolutely perfect. I’m truly satisfied and happy to be her client. Highly recommend her!
