Très mauvaise expérience pour la coupe a mon gars. Mike le pire barbier de l’Outaouais. Mon gars ne l’a pas aimé. Il dit qu’il lui tirait les cheveux et j’ai vue qu’ils sont tout inégaux. En plus, il n’écoute pas a moitié le client, parle pas français et borné.

Took my son for a haircut. Told him what I wanted and he looked confused. Had to keep reassuring him that’s what I wanted and that his hair looked fine. Didn’t notice at first afterwards that his hair was uneven. Took him back shortly after and he fought me on, telling me it’s because he has curly hair and it will always look uneven. I made his hair how it should be even if his hair was pulled out and he argued that if I keep pulling his hair of course it’ll be uneven and it’s because of his hair. I will never go here with my boys ever ever again the Asian guy was so rude to my son and refused to cut his hair, very rude made big drama seen and embarrassed my son, in front of all the customers there, my son felt so sad and embarrassed he ,didn’t know what to say or do, came out crying, I find it very rude, and unprofessional to deal with clients of younger age .. and for those who like to go there bless but I will never go there again very discriminating, against women and kids. Le prix est très raisonnable, et la coupe que j'ai reçu a été très bien faite. La plus grosse préoccupation est que les outils (rasoirs, peignes, ciseaux) ne semblent pas être désinfectés entre les clients, genre avec du barbicide, même si j'ai vu le contenant sur le comptoir, il n'avait pas été servi, et il y avait encore des cheveux du (ou des) dernier(s) client(s) sur les outils qui ont été utilisés sur moi.
