If you want someone who is not only knowledgeable about hair but seriously gifted, come see Omar. He is the only one in 30 years who has managed to cut my hair flawlessly every time. I have curly hair (3A-3B) and he does a dry cut. Even when I blow dry my hair afterwards I’m always complimented on my layers. Usually, if he recommends a change like cut or colour, it’s because he wants to bring the best out of your hair. Seriously, try him out.
