This was done by Karina herself! Worst experience ever! I took my daughter for a perm, way over priced. Because I had a perm myself before, I saw she wasn't doing it properly and politely asked her if she should straighten smaller hair portions, she arrogantly responded that she knows what she's doing!! My senior father went here yesterday for a haircut and he was given an uneven buzzcut (with visibly different lengths as if it was done at home by an amateur). He also asked them to trim his beard and mustache and the stylist accidentally buzzed off the entire side of his mustache, resulting in him having to shave his entire facial hair. They then had the audacity to charge him 60 dollars for an incompetent haircut and a shave he did not ask for.

Ne comprends pas bien les instructions et continue d'ignorer après clarification. Décide aussi de couper le haut de ma barbe au lieu de faire un dégradé. Confronte le client en se moquant légèrement.

I came in maybe two three months ago. I was blonde but I asked for a light brown very natural to blend in with my roots. I came in and straight away this lady had no idea what I was saying, it’s one thing to be bad at French in Quebec but not even be able to speak English is ridiculous. C'était juste une coupe au clipper, deux longueurs avec transition dégradée pour un homme avec des cheveux très court. Malgré la simplicité, le résultat est raté avant toute finition : transitions mal fondues ou inexistantes, démarcations évidentes, zéro maîtrise du dégradé. C'est gênant, contours beaucoup trop hauts, mal équilibrés, immédiatement visibles.
