I had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. I was told the service would take 3 hours and it took 7 hours. I was tossed from person to person the entire time. The staff were friendly but inexperienced in the service I was getting because he was teaching them how to do it while I was in the chair being worked on (so he could leave and work on his other clients). My teenage daughter asked for a caramel balayage, just a shade lighter than her natural brown, and we specifically asked for minimal bleaching. Instead, when the foils were removed, we were shocked to see stark white, stripy highlights—nothing like the soft, blended balayage we expected. It was clear the bleach was left on too long, likely while the stylist was distracted by another client. I’m still not over this 2 years later. There was zero communication of costs or time, I was there from 9:30am to 4pm, they kicked me out with wet hair because they were short-staffed and ran out of time. I had hair down to my lower back and only wanted the lower half of my hair bleach and dyed in green, blue, and purple. They wet-combed my hair top to bottom instead of bottom-up which created knots that took forever for them to detangle and hurt like hell.
