I won a gift certificate from them in support of ICA Ladies luncheon for a Keratin Treatment. When I confirmed a time to come, I was told no problem. The day of, I called again (they told just to come in which made me uneasy) I was then told it was a 1/2 Keratin treatment. I had a member of the ICA call and she was told they do not even provide that service. Shame, shame on you for not honoring your donation.

I showed a picture of what I wanted and what I got was night an day. My hair was long!! I wanted a trim with long front layers. They cut 18in and with choppy body layers all over. The hair cut took 10 minutes. That should give you an idea of how bad it was. My sister was supposed to go next and canceled her appointment because of my result of my hair. Got charged full price for a chop job I never wanted. My hair is at my shoulders now and it was past my bottom to begin with. Don't recommend at all!! The owner could care less... read more
