If I could give negative stars, I would. This property owner, for the second time in a year has the parking lot of a busy business complex resurfaced. For the second time, there are no alternate parking signs, or safe pathways to the businesses. He expects older men and women to park on and walk up a hill so not to step on the lot. There’s no permits hanging anywhere. As a law group, you would think that they would be concerned with keeping patrons, owners and operators of these establishments safe.
