Does not follow DOT regulations when administering shy bladder procedure as per 49 CFR 40.193. The collector is supposed to urge the patient or employee to drink 40oz of liquid spread over a 3 hour period. I only received 3 cups (8ozX3) for the entire period, and was then instructed that if I could not provide a sample based on that, it was due to a medical condition.
