Dr.Heffernan is a nice doctor who will take the time to listen.After having a dr for 5 years who did not. Take my health seriously when communicating ongoing issues,she helped me within 2 visits to discover it was thyroid,and has referred me to other decent specialists as needed to eliminate/reduce issues possibly caused by it.
I never have to wait for long periods of time in the waiting room, the waiting room is spacious and clean, I can get in to see my doctor at a reasonable time which is always great. I never have to sit in a private room for long periods of time waiting to consult with my doctor and my doctor is very communicable and understands any ailments I may have. I am very pleased with the care I receive.
