Doctor is decent enough. Receptionists seem respectful.
The staff was excellent they were very good drawing my blood. I used to be nervous going to get my blood drawn but ever since im been going to the Cohoes lab im not nervous anymore.
Receptionist was hostile because I didn’t have all my documentation in hand, and got even worse when I asked her to wait a moment.
The app is trash. No one will answer when you call. Use the app they say. Idk about this but it's frustrating just to make a simple appointment for my kid who's been here for 12yrs. DR. SAM is the best. Idk maybe I'm just old but I'm done playing phone tag with this. Sorry..
Dr. Chattathil is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Very nice man
