Wonderful place , excellent communication with host and extremely clean and very neat property. I would highly recommend to anyone attending an event to rent . We will definitely use again.
We came up for an Arkansas baseball game and needed a place that accommodated our needs of two bathrooms and at least two bedrooms. This beautiful home did not disappoint! A beautifully decorated and comfortable antique home near the historic downtown Springdale, Arkansas. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay. ❤️
What a great find! We stayed for three nights at Eagles Bluff and I have to say that we frequently stay in VRBOs or AirBNB properties but this is very possibly the best experience we have had. Wow! This was furnished with every attention to detail and it was spotlessly clean. The beds were extra comfortable, the bedrooms large, great common areas with games, etc. I could go on land on. Fayetteville is such a fun place to visit! It’s beautiful, safe, and just the right size. My daughter and I enjoyed exploring the town on electric scooters. Cohova enhanced our stay with their easy check-in process and excellent communication. We will happily book with Cohova on our next stay!
