I can’t say enough good things about Cohesive Wagoner office. We experienced both the home health and hospice side of the company and we couldn’t be more grateful! Lisa our home health nurse was amazing, caring so much for our loved one and guiding us in what the best next steps would be. When we transitioned to hospice we got our hospice nurse Nina, although this is a situation no one wants to go through, I hope if you find yourself in this situation that you also find yourself a Nina!
