Some aspects were fine—the volunteer coordinator/chaplain was terrific and even stopped by the house to check on us after hearing of my papa’s passing. I thought the intake process should have been MUCH smoother—the intake nurse didn’t have any of the hospital records or information that she needed so I answered question after question for the first hour that my papa was home.
