You want a APRN (doctor) who truly cares about your well being??? (I’m going to call him doctor). I can’t say enough about Dustin Wade at Cohesive Family Medicine in Shawnee. Dr. Wade always takes the time to talk over issues to find the best solution. I’ve seen many doctors and specialists in my lifetime and usually feel like they rush you in and out so they can make their next dollar. Not with Dr. Wade! No I’m not family or staff, just a patient who finally feels listened to. Best doctor I’ve ever had…seriously!
So far doc has done an outstanding job in caring for my family. 5/21/2026: As of now, I'm not too pleased with this facility as to the fact that I've asked for X-ray and MRI in which an MRI was never turned in.Obviously my expectations of this facility are not as I expected. I asked for a speech referral that was not given as well either.

Dustin Wade is my Doctor. He is amazing how he takes such great care of my husband and I .He has been our Doctor ever since he joined Cohesive Family Medicine.(years) Im grateful to him. I have been through many Doctors since moving here in 2006. He is the best Medical care I have found. Thank you and God Bless you.
