Ray said he was going to remove a tree for us. He said he was going to climb the tree and cut it down in a manner to not damage other trees in the area. He never climbed the tree and just cut it from the bottom, destroying other trees in the area. He said he was going to clean up the mess and didn't. He just left it there. Ray is a nice guy, but doesn't live up to what he says he will do for you. Lots of promises broken. Made a mistake of paying until I was satisfied. He took advantage of that and never came back to clean up, and remove stumps. Never actually climbed the tree he was supposed to climb and just cut it at the bottom. I give him 2 stars because it was my mistake for paying early, otherwise I would go with 1.

Ray and crew were asked to remove a rather wobbly, crooked, and difficult pine tree, which in a very windy weather condition, had the possibility of touching electric pole wires or even coming down. The crew did an excellent job of both removing the tree and cleaning the area! I highly recommend their work! Their pricing was very reasonable as well. The folks at Coherence were extremely friendly and did all they could to make the job right!

I had a very out of control Southern Magnolia that was "branching out" over fences into neighborhood yard and close to porches.. Ray was able to cut tree way back. Hauled all leaves and branches and left my yard looking better than when he Arrived! Highly recommend!
