Rude as heck receptionist called me on the phone today. It's like she's in a race to speak with you, no patience to listen to what you have to say. Constantly cutting me off and putting me on hold. So unprofessional!! I was going to go there the next day, but instead, I cancelled the appointment. This practice won't be getting a penny from me and I'll be letting my friends in the neighborhood know about this behavior.

Haven't been here since right before the pandemic but I'm still suffering 5 years later. I went there and was referred to Pelham for an unnecessary root canal. Then I paid for a crown. I got to work the next day and almost swallowed the crown because it fell out. I kept complaining of pain and Dr. Fatal stated that it was tooth sensitivity and the entire time I had a huge cavity. I come in with my 2 kids and I love it there! The ladies at the front desk are nice and Martha is very sweet and gentle with the cleaning. The Dentist was very nice and knowledgeable ! He will be honest with you. I recommend this place 10/10
