The person that answers the phone just now is very rude. I ask what time the doctor will be in and when I said I just have to see him because of my contacts he is in a hurry to hang up on me. I think his name was "Jeff". Also are the doctor's supposed to give you a TRIAL CONTACTS? I am new on wearing contacts and I thought that I am supposed to have a NOT trial contacts since I paid for it and I also want to get my prescription today which I will try if the doctor will give or we will file a complaint with our insurance. My husband went to this place and he asked for his contact prescription numerous times and the doctor wouldnt give it to him. And he never ran our insurance after asking him to.
Rip offs and lies. They took money for glasses, never ordered them, and now won't give back the money. The store now has new owners and didn't tell people that lost their orders and money in the transition from the old owners to the current owners. Never trust them. They have been lying for weeks and won't take responsibility for their orders.
