This place is a scam, and I would advise you to stay away. Their employees come off very nice in the beginning. I went for an eye exam, and while I need new glasses my main reason for the visit was to take an eye exam. I called beforehand to confirm my insurance was accepted. Upon arrival, things moved pretty swiftly, I was told again that my insurance was accepted and that it would be a $10 copay, which I would happily pay. I don't know why I didn't check the reviews before buying here. I got a nice customer service but they really overcharge for frame and lenses. I paid $399 for a frame that then I saw in other places half price, and also paid $448 for the lenses only with blue blocker filters (with no formula) because I thought it was the regular price, it was my first time buying glasses in the **, when I realized the price was ridiculous I went back to return them but they have no refund policy! only store credit.
