I've gotten frames from here and am getting fitted for contacts. The staff and optometrists are all very patient and helpful. The medical technician Luna, and manager, Hector, have been very kind and helpful in assuring I get the right contacts.
I came to Cohens to find new glasses for myself, Hector helped me and was very knowledgeable and patient. I took a really long time and was indecisive on whether I wanted color lenses and how it would look he took his time and explained it to me and I loved the outcome of my glasses! Ask for Hector he is a great optician.
Unfortunately i’m writing this review despite the person who checked my eyes was pretty nice but when it was time to pick up my glasses, I called when they told me they will be ready and the person who picked up the phone told me I will call you when it’s ready with an attitude so then I waited a month and a half for a phone call until I decided to finally call again just for them to tell me it was done for weeks now… then when I put my glasses on after me needing them for that whole time that I waited every time I look down... read more
