I had a very disappointing experience at this optical store. I was told upfront that they accept my insurance, so I proceeded with the eye exam and frame selection. After everything was done, they suddenly told me I had a copay to pay out-of-pocket. I double-checked with my insurance provider, and they confirmed I do not have a copay for these services. I was seen right on time, and the staff made me feel very welcome. They explained all the results clearly, and the visit was efficient from start to finish. Really pleased with the care and with my new eyewear.
Gina is very professional, helpful, and patient. She provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend everyone visit Cohen's store in Staten Island mall.
