I was at the location a few days ago .I had a conversation with the office manager and really did not like her demeanor at all, asking her questions and keeps on avoiding my questions ,all she would ask me do ,you want to see the doctor now!I asked her how about answering my questions first. I walked out. I would never return to the location again. Cohen needs to get another manager.i would like to talk to the owner myself. It was a standard eye exam, but the staff and doctor went out of their way to answer my questions , and I never felt like they were just giving me a sales pitch or anything. Honest all the way.
I love everything about this office! They are fantastic at working with patients to find the right glasses for any budget, face shape, or picky taste. They won’t stop adjusting until they feel perfect.

My husband and I had an incredibly efficient, friendly and just delightful experience with Dena, Susan, and Maya at Cohen’s Optical at the Staten Island Mall on 9/20. The optometrist was thorough in her examination and competent to a degree that we haven’t experienced in some ophthalmology offices, and the purchase of frames and lenses was painless. These folks have it down to a science – literally! Excellent staff – kudos!
