About three weeks ago, I went to Pick up my glasses from Cohens optical and the sales lady attempted to cheat me out of money. My Union had paid for my glasses but she added $35. To dip my gram in a solution to prevent them from slipping down my face then she added $75 dollars to cover insurance. Both of these i rejected. She got upset and said she would call me when they were ready. She never called. Best service
Before I start this review, been here before and they have been amazing with a good selection of eyeglasses, and they offer sunglasses too. Unfortunately, I cannot use them for myself anymore because my insurance Anthem plus medicaid doesn't cover them for some reason.
