From exam to glasses, was treated wonderfully. Had a problem with insurance making the lenses incorrectly. The staff made sure it was right before making the glasses.

About three weeks ago, I went to Pick up my glasses from Cohens optical and the sales lady attempted to cheat me out of money. My Union had paid for my glasses but she added $35. To dip my gram in a solution to prevent them from slipping down my face then she added $75 dollars to cover insurance. Both of these i rejected. She got upset and said she would call me when they were ready. She never called. I went over to inquire about the glasses and a man, I assumed to be the manager didn’t know anything about the extra charges.... read more
