The FLORHAM PARK location is five stars!! I’ve read and heard many complaints about Cohen’s Fashion Optical. I can confidently say those complaints do NOT apply to the Florham Park franchise location. I’ve been a long time customer, starting at their original location inside the Livingston Mall. The best doctors and staff I have ever experienced! I’ve been going to Cohens for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is knowledgeable in their field and they are all kind and helpful with all your needs. They have a wide variety of frames so I’ve always been able to find the perfect pair!
I have been coming to Cohen’s Fashion Optical over the past 30+ years, for my eye exams and glasses (reading & prescription). My favorite doctor is Dr. Yekaterina Shteyn. She is professional, knowledgeable, attentive, respectful,, honest and caring; she really cares about the wellbeing of your eyes; and at 62, I can, always, appreciate that. In addition to the above, it’s always nice to see Kay and Rhoda, who are always so supportive and caring. Thanks so much, you all are awesome!
Absolutely love the new premises. Very spacious, clean and welcoming. Staff are all courteous and attentive. Dr Shteyn truly looks after her patients with thorough exams and friendly service.
