Unbelievable customer service! I visited the Back Bay location years ago and had a great experience (see previous review). After losing my glasses, I visited the Summer Street location and was greeted by Dot Hoang who set me up with a great new pair. However, unbeknownst to Dot and I the pair was damaged. Dot and his co-workers immediately worked to rectify the situation. Dr. Payton conducted my mother’s eye exam with remarkable professionalism and care. She was thorough, attentive, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the entire process. her pleasant demeanor and expertise made the exam a truly pleasant experience.
