Hated my experience here. The lady at the desk was not helpful at all. She also tried to talk down to me. I was actually planning to buy something but decided to buy from elsewhere because of such rude behavior.
The quality of service at this location (West 42nd St.) is stellar! The staff is friendly and professional. You are kindly greeted the moment you walk through the door. Carolina made me feel like family. The exams were thorough and Dr Mehta took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this office.
TOURIST! GO HERE! Go see Ingrid! They’re many options in New York City for everything. But if you are in a hurry and need fantastic service, the people at Cohen are amazing! The prices of reasonable to, which is a lot to say in New York!
I bought Cartier frames. The fit is poor and non-retentive as the hinges are substandard. Note: This is a Cartier issue not a Cohen issue however I was promised they would fit tighter when my lenses were cut narrower. This did not occur. No attempt was made to make things right. They really do not care if you are unhappy as they are unwilling to make things right. Niko the manager promised to speak to management and get back to me and despite many phone calls he did not return calls. Really dissappointing.
