Has anyone started legal action against this place if so, where do I sign up? I have taken it to the Better Business Bureau didn’t get anything resolved. I talked to him about refunding the $950. I spent there and they said I had to go through my credit card company. My credit card company has denied me because they think I’m double dipping, but I still have not received my glasses. Absolutely horrible service. Still waiting on glasses since June. Insurance covered $500... I paid another $400 out of pocket and nothing. I can't get a call back to save my life. Glad they got my money...because I sure don't have the glasses!! Complete SCAM! Don't go to DURANTE OPTICAL. Just AWFUL!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! This was my first experience getting glasses and it was the WORST experience ever. I placed my order in March 2024 and finally got my glasses in July 2024 and they were the wrong prescription. Debbie kept telling me that my eyes just needed to get adjusted to the glasses.. which never happened... why.... cause the doctor rushed me thru the exam and issued the wrong prescription.
