When I came in the first time everything seemed good customer service… But after picking up my glasses frames I experienced issues with them not once but 3 times! First, one of the lenses was so loose and they tried to tell me that’s how it is due to the shape of frame, I explained that it was not my first frames and never experienced this with any that I had owned before, they said they would fix it!
