I washed i had read this review for Cohen Optical of Roosevelt field before i ordered my glasses. their return policy sucks, that's for real.. they rush you to take their service and if they meat resistance the have a negative attitude with you.
Nice staff but my prescription was so far off On my $1500 glasses that I picked up and wore yesterday, I have a splitting headache.went back to my previous ones and yeah, the script was off by a country mile. I suspected my exam was rushed.now I know. Shop your local optometrist they care,Cohen does not
First time here. I'm not impressed with the service. They may as well have robots behind the counter. No interaction at all. They could use some customer service tips.
This place is a joke. After the sale they don't care customer service was horrible. Make sure to review their return policy o wait there is no return policy. Remember to get everything in writing.
