ABSOLUTE WORST! If you want to waste time and money have yours eyes examined here and purchase lens from this shop. They threw out my old very expensive progressives lens without my permission. After 3 tries the Optometrist was unable to get my progressive lens prescription right and said there was nothing more they could do to help. The Manager (Optometrist) was not only difficult to deal with but rude, hostile and condescending.

The worst! Do not go here! – a) The prescription that they came up for me was off by half -- yes, half! Insane. I needed twice as strong of a prescription than what they diagnosed me as needing. The same doctor who made that mistake also threated me with only prescribing me dailies instead of monthly because I had one allergy related eye infection two years ago. b) They handed me a rebate certificate at time of purchase. Failed to diagnose my vision correctly. – I went to this site because they were close, however the misdiagnosed my vision for glasses. I spend $400 on glasses that did not correct my vision. I continued to have trouble seeing, developed headaches, eye strain pains. I finally saw an opthamlogist because of my eye pains 2 months later and they discovered I was misdiagnosed. Take your business elsewhere – Use the eye dr but spend your money elsewhere for other services like contacts and glasses. The owner/manager is rude - I've been there a few times and have seen her interact with customers (including me)- customer service is lacking! The people who help behind the counter are actually nice but given the owner/managers attitude, I'll go elsewhere from now on. There are plenty of other options in the neighborhood.

FAST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE – One morning I woke up and went to work and that afternoon, my glasses broke. It was my ony pair and I couldnt see. During my luch break, I was able to go to Cohen's have an exam to update my prescription and have glasses made in an hour. I was really happy about this experience because I got a pair that I really liked and I got a free back up pair- all in the same day. The staff was very helpful and knowlegeable. Why bother. – I came into cohen's a couple of weeks ago for a minor repair. Do you believe a ws charged $5 dollars to replace a pair of nosepads? The reason why I bring this up is because I later walked into a lenscrafters and to repair the nosepads it was a free service. This place really does know how to nicke and time you. Go to a lenscrafters you're better off.

WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! – The public must know about the rude and crude service you'll receive in this place. I'm out $550 bucks! How?.... by actually going into this shop and falling for they're ridiculous sales gimmicks. It's very apparent that the sales help are there to help themselves to yor money! They really don't care about you. Try getting your money back! YOU CAN'T! Only store credit. If I had a really bad experience why would I want a store credit? I just want my cash back.
