We had an unexpectedly good experience here on Saturday, thanks to Arsen, who's either the new manager, or the best guy they've ever hired. It was late in the afternoon, and the place was packed. The BAD news was that, while we'd made an appointment w/the optometrist online, and it was clear it was pretty much a walk-in business, and walk-ins were ahead of appointments. Went there today. Incredibly rude person waited on me. Have no idea why anyone would want to patronize this store!
Great service and great location. Took the time to find the perfect frames for me. I have been to other locations but this one so far is the best. The wait was not nearly as bad as other Cohen's I have been to. I will be coming back here and telling my friends.
The guys there were making fun of me and unnecessary jokes regarding me and my partner. Didn't feel good.
I highly recommend this store. I have been going there for two years and have received consistently friendly and professional service, at reasonable rates. The store is conveniently located in downtown Boston. You can easily make an appointment, sometimes for the same date, and walk-ins are welcome as well.
EXCELLENT!!!!! Great atmosphere, I was greeted by smiling faces and people happy to help me. The prices were fair, the service was great, and the doctor gave me a prescription that I can finally see out of. I've been wearing the wrong prescription for years from other doctors and thought thats just the best my eyes can see, that is until I came here. The doctor was patient and thorough! Chris was also patient w/ me and thorough, and made the shopping experience enjoyable.
I love the people who work here. They not only helped me select fashionable frames and lenses at the most discounted price, but the doctors will really work with you until you are satisfied. I had a huge issue with contact lenses before I went to Cohen's. I just could never get over the fear/inability to touch my eye. My doctor was uber-patient and scheduled me for several practice visits. Great Staff – The staff was great they helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and were very helpfull. The timing was great fast and nice.
