In town on a driving job and broke my prescrip glasses.. Went to Lenscrafters for repair.. they would not help me.. walked past Cohen's by chance and asked for help... Erika and Tiffany set me up with a new frame that fit my lenses.. thank you!
I walked in to cohens today to purchase myself and dad some glasses. Erika was who helped us with our purchase. From the the time we walked in until we left she made us feel comfortable. Erika was so helpful, energetic, such a charismatic soul. I’m so upset I forgot her colleague name that was always a pleasure to work with.
