Went there with my wife for the 99 deal and was told they take my insurance so I wouldn’t pay out of pocket. I get there and i’m told the doctor takes it but the store doesnt so they’ll have to work something out. After they say they worked it out I end up getting charged the full 99 for both my wife and I. Not sure what they worked out but it wasn’t for my benefit. Then I ask for a detailed receipt for my insurance and they tell me they’ll email it but don’t worry they got us a great deal… still no email over a month later.... read more
Cohen's optical - had a great experience here. The team here was very professional, courteous and very helpful. I took my elderly parents to get new prescription glasses and the team was very patient helping them select new glasses. They were even able to get them on same day. Erika was specially helpful in helping me select my own pair of frames and explained the different options.
