RecommendedI highly recommend Cohens optical’s. They are very professional and their prices can’t be beat! Conveniently located in Walt Whitman shops and under new management.

Great customer service! I came in for a new pair of glasses and contacts. I'm usually very picky with glasses and I really appreciated the worker's patience with me. The optometrist was super nice and answered all the questions I had. They were also able to get me my glasses the same day, which I have never been able to do elsewhere!
When you charge your customer 25$ for 2 sets of silicone eye pads (that probably cost 5$) and leave finger prints on the glasses, that’s not quality service. Your an eyeglass company clarity should be important.!!! Honestly what a rip off! The cashier could care less. Don’t know about the optometrist but she was more then willing to help me pick out a very expensive pair of glasses. Will never go there again and will be sure to not recommend anyone to that location! Poor customer service.
Felt like the the woman couldn't be bothered. We're even rude to my husband when he went back a few days later to inquire about my glasses. Will just go elsewhere in the future.
