Lori and her team delivered an outstanding experience during a particularly busy time, showcasing their exceptional expertise in helping me select the perfect glasses. After visiting LensCrafters and feeling unsatisfied with the experience, I found Cohen’s Optical, where Lori truly excelled. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my choice while ensuring I saved as much as possible.
I went in on Monday because I had broken my glasses on Sunday and none of the optical places are open. I had a quick eye exam and found a pair of glasses I liked. They told me they would try and put a rush on my glasses but told me it would probably be 6-7 days. They called me on Wednesday and told me my glasses were ready. Super quick and impressive. Thank you!
I can't believe the level of discrimination towards the neurodivergent. This is the second place that refused me an appointment because I'm disabled. I do not have appropriate medical care I have been disabled for 3/4 of my life. All I need is a pair of eyeglasses. This place turned me away because I'm neurodivergent so if you have AuDHD CRPS or Fibromyalgia MECFS epilepsy any neurological issue they will use that against you. I’ve been going to this location for years and everyone there is wonderful! Special thanks to Laurie for always being so helpful. Dr Sweeney is great and I appreciate how thorough she is. Highly recommend Cohens in Lindenhurst
The people working there were so nice and helpful. The Dr giving me the eye exam answered every annoying question I asked. 10/10
