Very disappointing experience. After spending money on my prescription and glasses, the staff refused to let my two-year-old daughter use the restroom for just a moment, which showed a complete lack of compassion and customer service. When I picked up my glasses, they simply placed them on the counter with no explanation or care. The staff was unpleasant and unfriendly, and the overall customer service was poor. I would not recommend this location.

I needed glasses as quick as possible to get a new job. I went to multiple places everyone told me 10-14 days, they got me my glasses in two days. This is my first time getting glasses and Lori even helped me pick out a pair as she seen me confused on what frames to pick. I will not be going anywhere else for glasses again they have amazing employees and fast service.

I went in on Monday because I had broken my glasses on Sunday and none of the optical places are open. I had a quick eye exam and found a pair of glasses I liked. They told me they would try and put a rush on my glasses but told me it would probably be 6-7 days. They called me on Wednesday and told me my glasses were ready. Super quick and impressive. Thank you!
